Q: How do I reserve an item?
A: Share the item screenshot along with your full name, phone number, and delivery address via WhatsApp and our team will assist you.

Q: How long can I reserve an item?

A: Items can be reserved for up to 7 days at the same price. After 7 days, new terms and conditions may apply.

Q: Do I need to share my personal information to place an order?
A: Yes, to process your order we require the following details:

  • Full Name – to identify and process your order

  • Phone Number – to keep you updated on your order status

  • Delivery Address – to ensure accurate and timely delivery

  • Item Screenshot – to confirm the exact item you wish to purchase

Please note that your information is collected solely for order processing purposes and will be handled with complete confidentiality. We do not share your details with any third parties.

Delivery & Pickup

Q: Do you offer local and international delivery?
A: Yes, we offer both local and international delivery. Once you share your delivery address, our team will confirm availability, shipping charges, and estimated delivery time for your location.
 

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery normally takes 3 to 7 working days. Delays may occur due to external factors such as weather or other unforeseen conditions.
 

Q: Can I pick up my order?
A: Yes, self-pickup is available at our store. No delivery charges will be applied for collection orders.

For international deliveries, shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes as per the destination country regulations. Any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Customers are advised to check their local import rules before placing an order.


Payments & Pricing

Q: Which currencies and payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept payments in AED and USD via Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Tabby, Tamara, AFS Link, and Nomod.
For bank transfers, please use the following details:

Q: Can I pay in installments?
A: Yes. You can avail the installment facility through Tabby or Tamara.

A: Yes, our gold jewellery prices are influenced by the daily international gold market rates, which fluctuate based on global market conditions. As a result, prices may vary from day to day.
 

Q: Are there any additional charges?
A: Yes, applicable taxes and charges are applied as per prevailing laws and regulations. Delivery charges may also apply depending on your location and order.
 

Cancellations, Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I cancel or return an item after confirming my order?
A: All confirmed orders are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.
 

Q: Can the company cancel my order?
A: Yes, Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is no longer available or out of stock

  • A pricing or listing error is identified

  • Payment is not received or confirmed within the stipulated time

  • The order is suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse

  • The delivery location is outside our serviceable area

In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will be promptly notified and any payment made will be refunded in full.
 

Q: What if I receive a damaged, wrong, or different item?
A: We accept exchanges only for items that are damaged, incorrect in size, or not as described. A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for any such claim.

Q: Can I sell back my jewellery to you?
A: Yes, we do consider buy-back requests on a case-by-case basis. The buy-back value will be determined based on the current gold market rate, karat and weight of the piece, condition of the item, and original proof of purchase. Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any buy-back request at its sole discretion.
