Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC is a registered jewellery trading company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the UAE.

2. General Terms

• These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions, reservations, and interactions between Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC and its customers.

• By placing an order or reserving an item, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued engagement with our services implies acceptance of the most current version of these terms.

3. Orders & Reservations

• To reserve an item, customers are required to provide a screenshot of the item, full name, phone number, and delivery address.

• Items can be reserved for a maximum period of 7 days at the confirmed price. Upon expiry of the reservation period, the price and terms are subject to change based on prevailing gold market rates and updated policies.

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation by Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC.

• An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of payment or formal confirmation from our team.

4. Pricing

• All prices are subject to change based on daily international gold market rates and global market conditions.

• Prices confirmed at the time of reservation will remain valid for up to 7 days from the date of confirmation.

• After the reservation period, the updated gold rate and applicable terms will apply.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to correct any pricing errors or discrepancies at any time.

• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any other fees unless otherwise stated.

5. Payment Terms

• We accept payments in AED and USD.

• Accepted payment methods include Cash, Debit/Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Tabby, Tamara, AFS Link, and Nomod.

• For bank transfers, payments must be made to the following account:

• Installment facilities are available through Tabby and Tamara, subject to their respective terms and conditions.

• All payments must be received and confirmed before an order is processed and dispatched.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC shall not be held liable for any payment delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Taxes & Additional Charges

• All transactions are subject to applicable taxes and charges as per the prevailing laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.

• Delivery charges may apply depending on the customer's location and order details and will be communicated prior to order confirmation.

• Any additional fees, duties, or import taxes applicable for international deliveries are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery & Shipping

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC offers both local and international delivery.

• Standard delivery time is 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to external factors including but not limited to weather conditions, public holidays, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Delivery charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation based on the customer's location.

• Self-pickup is available at our store at no additional charge:

  • Address: Office 904, 9th Floor, Sherina Plaza 3, Opposite Gold Souq Metro Exit 2, Dubai, UAE.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier or logistics providers.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

• All confirmed orders are final. Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC does not accept cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order has been confirmed.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to cancel any order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is no longer available or out of stock

  • A pricing or listing error is identified

  • Payment is not received or confirmed within the stipulated time

  • The order is suspected of fraudulent activity or misuse

  • The delivery location is outside our serviceable area

• In the event of a cancellation initiated by Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC, the customer will be promptly notified and any payment received will be refunded in full.

9. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged

  • The item received is incorrect in size

  • The item received is not as described or different from what was ordered

• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange claims. Claims submitted without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

• No Video = No Exchange.

• Exchange claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Claims raised after this period may not be entertained.

10. Transit Loss or Damage

• In the unlikely event that an order is lost or damaged during transit, the customer must notify Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC immediately upon receipt or discovery.

• The following documentation will be required to process a transit claim:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video

  • Order confirmation and tracking details

  • Photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging

• Claims must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC will investigate the matter and work towards a fair resolution. We shall not be held liable for losses caused by third-party courier or logistics providers beyond our control.

11. Product Authenticity

• All jewellery pieces offered by Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted and reputable suppliers.

• Each item is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality, authenticity, and accuracy.

• Certification and hallmarking details are available upon request for select items.

12. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

• Custom and made-to-order jewellery requests are accepted subject to design feasibility, material availability, and pricing based on the prevailing gold rate.

• A non-refundable advance payment may be required to initiate a custom order.

• Custom orders are subject to a production timeline that will be communicated upon order confirmation.

• All confirmed custom orders are final — no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges.

13. Buy-Back Policy

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC considers buy-back requests on a case-by-case basis.

• The buy-back value will be assessed based on the current gold market rate, karat and weight of the item, condition of the piece, and proof of original purchase.

• The buy-back price may differ from the original purchase price due to market fluctuations and item condition.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to accept or decline any buy-back request at its sole discretion.

• Personal information collected from customers, including name, phone number, and delivery address, is used solely for order processing purposes.

• We do not sell, share, or disclose customer information to any third parties except where required by law or necessary for order fulfillment.

15. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability in any case shall be limited to the value of the order placed by the customer.

• We shall not be responsible for any losses arising from factors beyond our control, including but not limited to market fluctuations, force majeure events, or third-party service failures.

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

• Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
