1. General Policy

All confirmed orders at Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC are final. We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or exchanges except under the specific conditions outlined below.

 

2. Eligible Exchange Conditions

An exchange will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The item received is damaged

• The item received is incorrect in size

• The item received is not as described or different from what was ordered

• The item received is missing from the order

3. Unboxing Video Requirement

• A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange and missing item claims.

• The video must be recorded from the moment the package is opened and must clearly show the condition and contents upon receipt.

• Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

4. How to Raise a Claim

To initiate an exchange claim, please contact our dispatch team within 24 hours of receiving your order:

Please provide the following when raising a claim:

• Your full name and order details

• Clear unboxing video

• Photographs of the item and packaging

• Description of the issue

 

5. Exchange Process

• Once your claim is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the exchange process.

• Exchange items are subject to availability.

• Luxury Classics Jewellery Trading LLC reserves the right to assess each claim individually and make a final decision at its sole discretion.

 

6. Non-Eligible Claims

The following will not be accepted for exchange:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

• Claims submitted without an unboxing video

• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
