At Luxury Classics Jewellery, we offer a structured exchange policy to ensure customer flexibility while maintaining product quality standards. Exchanges are subject to the conditions outlined below.

Gold Jewellery Exchange

1. Exchange within 15 days

Gold jewellery purchased from Luxury Classics Jewellery can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice or order confirmation date.

• Exchange is allowed without any loss in gold weight and making charges

• The product must be returned in its original condition

• Only one exchange is permitted per invoice

• Exchange can be made through our online live selling channel or in-store (if applicable in future GCC locations)

2. Exchange after 15 days

For exchanges made after 15 days:

• Stone weight (if applicable) and making charges will be deducted

• The exchange value will be based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange

Diamond and Precious Gem Jewellery Exchange

1. Exchange within 15 days
Diamond and precious gem jewellery can be exchanged within 15 days from the invoice or order date.

• Exchange is permitted against diamond or precious gem jewellery only

• No loss in value will be applied

• Only one exchange per invoice is allowed

2. Exchange after 15 days
For exchanges after 15 days, valuation will be calculated as follows:

• Either 80% of the total invoice value

• Or 100% of prevailing gold value plus 80% of prevailing diamond value
  Whichever value is higher will be considered

3. Exchange against Gold Jewellery after 15 days

• Either 70% of total invoice value

• Or 96% of prevailing gold value plus 70% of prevailing diamond value
  Whichever is higher will apply

General Conditions

• Customized, engraved, or altered jewellery is not eligible for exchange within 15 days and will be treated under the after 15 days valuation terms

• Promotional, discounted, or special offer items may not be eligible for standard exchange benefits

• Any complimentary gifts received at the time of purchase must be returned during exchange, or their value will be deducted

• Applicable taxes, duties, or charges (if any) at the time of exchange will be borne by the customer

• Luxury Classics Jewellery reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests based on inspection and verification
